Giblets
Giblets grew up at the rescue and quickly became the greeter and rescue's mascot. Giblets has always loved visitors, following tours around the rescue, and playing with the other dogs, cats, and new puppies. Giblets is a Livestock Guardian Dog which means that he protects the animals at the rescue from predators, like coyotes. Giblets' curious nature got him into a bad situation where he was found by a Good Samaritan and in bad shape. His hind leg needed to be amputated. Giblets suffered some PTSD symptoms but his resilient and loving nature still holds true. He has been learning to get around on three legs and will be back to his old self soon - minus one leg of course.

"Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday."
- John Wayne
